 2 oranges, segmented*
 1 grapefruit, segmented*
 ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
 ¼ cup Castelvetrano olives, halved
 ¼ cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped
For the Dressing
 1 tbsp shallot, finely diced
 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
 1 tbsp grapefruit juice
 1 tsp lemon juice
 1 tsp zest of orange or grapefruit
 1 tsp dried oregano
 ½ tsp kosher salt
