 4 oz Little Leaf Farms Crispy Green Leaf
 4 brioche buns, split in half & toasted
 8 oz Grass Fed Beef Patty, grilled
 ¼ cup pickled red onion
 4 thick slices of tomato
 honey sriracha aioli

 1 cup mayo
 ½ cup sriracha
 ¼ cup honey
 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 pinch of salt
 fresh ground black pepper

In a bowl or large glass measuring cup, combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Grill The Burgers

Season both sides of the burger patties with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat the grill on high heat and let come to temp for a few minutes.

Add the burgers, leaving some space in-between each of them and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.

Once cooked, remove from heat, and start to build!

Separate the tops of the buns from the bottoms and set aside.

On the bottom halves, add a generous spoonful of honey sriracha and spread it evenly.

Top with the burger patty, tomato slices, pickled onions, and a generous handful of Baby Crispy Green Leaf Lettuce.

Add the top half of the bun and serve with extra honey sriracha on the side!
