 1 can chickpeas
 1 cup green lentils, cooked
 1 cup orzo, cooked
 1 cup cucumbers, diced

 ½ cup yellow bell pepper, finely minced
 ½ cup carrot, finely minced
 ½ cup red onion, finely minced
 3 tbsp parsley, minced
  cup crumbled feta
