Ingredients:
For the Salad
 4 oz Baby Crispy Green Leaf Lettuce, roughly chopped
 ¾ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
 ½ diced cucumbers
 ¼ cup sliced red onion
 6 ounces deli meat (pepperoni, salami, turkey), chopped
 2 ounces provolone cheese, chopped
For the Dressing
 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt
 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
 1 tbsp water
 1 tbsp clove garlic, minced
 ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
 dash of crushed red pepper flakes
 sea salt, to taste

For the Italian Grinder Chopped Salad, start by rinsing and drying Little Leaf Farms Crispy Green Leaf Lettuce. One dry, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it into a large mixing bowl. This forms the fresh, crunchy base of your salad.

In a large bowl, toss together cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, onion slices, banana peppers, deli meat, and provolone cheese. The savory deli meats give the salad its signature grinder flavor.

In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, red wine vinegar, water, and garlic clove until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. The dressing should be creamy but pourable.
