Ingredients:
2 4 oz packages of Little Leaf Farms Baby Crispy Green Leaf Lettuce
1 pt cherry tomatoes, halved
3 ears of corn, grilled, corn removed from husks
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained (as much as you like!)
2 oz cotija cheese, crumbled
1 ripe avocado
2 grilled chicken breasts (leave out if you prefer to keep it vegetarian)
½ cup crispy onions or shallots
Avocado ranch or your favorite creamy dressing
Salt and pepper

This fresh and zesty Santa Fe Salad is easy to make a full of bold flavor. In a bowl, add black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, cheese, avocado, crispy onion, and grilled chicken to the Little Leaf Farms Baby Crispy Greens in your bowl. Drizzle avocado ranch over the top. Gently toss everything together until all ingredients are evenly coated.
