Ingredients: 8 oz Sweet Baby Butter Leaf Lettuce; 1 small orange, peeled and segmented; 1 small shallot, thinly sliced; ½ avocado, sliced; ¼ goat cheese, crumbled; ½ cup extra virgin olive oil; ¼ cup fresh lemon juice; 1 tbsp Dijon mustard; 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar; 1 tbsp hot honey; 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped; Generous pinch of sea salt; Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Ingredients:

8 oz Sweet Baby Butter Leaf Lettuce

1 small orange, peeled and segmented

1 small shallot, thinly sliced

½ avocado, sliced

¼ goat cheese, crumbled

Lemon Hot Honey Vinaigrette

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp hot honey

1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Generous pinch of sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Make the Dressing

In a jar with a lid, combine all the ingredients listed. Shake until well combined, taste to adjust seasoning.

Build the Salad

Fill your favorite salad bowl with Sweet Baby Butter Leaf Lettuce. Top with orange, shallot, avocado and crumbled goat cheese. Serve with Lemon Hot Honey Vinaigrette on the side.
